摘要: 近年来,介入心脏病学与心脏外科的突飞猛进使内科和外科医生在更多人群中更成功的修复或替换心脏瓣膜。心脏成像的进展以及对心脏瓣膜解剖和构造的进一步了解是这些进步的关键。本文描述了工程师、科学家和/或解剖学家在Visible Heart®实验室所使用的一系列新技术,用以对四个心脏瓣膜的构造和功能进行可视化处理和分析来评估可能的修复或置换治疗。这项复苏大型哺乳动物心脏(包括人类心脏)的研究采用了各种成像方法,以及特制的解剖标本来增强新的心脏治疗的试验设计、研发和测试。
