自从2002年第一次成功经导管主动脉瓣植入术（TAVI）开始（1），TAVI领域就开始快速发展。不久，就演变出瓣脉植入的两种方法。一种是经股通道（TF），在手术切除后进入股中动脉，或者通过血管内缝合设备经皮进入。
