尽管CT造影对冠状动脉疾病贡献巨大,但鉴于辐射会不容忽视地诱发恶性肿瘤,故有文献对造影相关的辐射量问题颇为担忧。现在,临床已采取各式各样减小辐射剂量的措施,部分措施效果显著。有报告显示,这些措施中,前瞻性心电图(ECG)触发冠状动脉CT血管造影能较为准确地诊断出冠心病,且成像质量与回顾性心电门控技术相当,并显著降低了辐射剂量。而这种前瞻性心电图(ECG)触发技术的良好表现,是建立在严格的筛选标准及细致的患者准备之上的。本文以辐射量减少为中心,对前瞻性心电图(ECG)触发法冠状动脉CT血管造影进行了回顾;对辐射剂量检测方法进行了讨论,以更为精确地对剂量进行测量;并探讨了前瞻性心电图(ECG)触发法冠状动脉CT血管造影对于不同心律患者的诊断价值;最后,强调了这一检测方法的现状及未来的发展方向。
