摘要:

肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)与心血管内稳态有着错综复杂的关系。众所周知,血管紧张素Ⅱ,也即RAS的重要效应因子,通过激活血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1R),来作用于心血管疾病及其病理学。然而,血管紧张素Ⅱ2型受体(AT2R)调节则不太好理解。近期研究描述了AT2R在正常情况及病理条件下对心血管功能的影响,阐述了AT2R在调节血压、心脏肥大、心脏纤维化、心肌梗死及血管内稳态方面的重要作用。
