Mark Doyle, PhD

Dr. Doyle obtained his doctorate degree from the University of Nottingham, England in 1983. At Nottingham he studied under Nobel Laureate Sir Peter Mansfield, where he focused on rapid imaging. He is now an adjunct Professor of Medicine at Temple University, Philadelphia. He was a founding member of the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance.

His main research focus is on the application of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging to better understand and diagnose cardiovascular disease. He has over 50 publications and book chapters, including the CMR teaching book Cardiovascular MRI Tutorial: Lectures and Learning.
