Plans for the issue are well advanced and several investigators have already committed to submit original and review articles for this issue. In addition to these, we would like to invite a small number of original research and review articles with focus on understanding the pathophysiology of cardiac and vascular diseases. Submitted articles will undergo internal and external review.
