心房纤维性颤动的抗氧化治疗

Abstract

心房纤维性颤动(AF)是临床中最为常见的持续性心律失常,也是一个重大的公共卫生问题。最近的证据表明,氧化应激可能在心房纤维性颤抖的发生和发展中起着重要作用。在过去的几年中,有实验数据和临床证据支持抗氧化治疗来防止心房纤维性颤抖。除了他汀类药物,ACE抑制剂(ACEIs)和/或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARBs),ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸,其他一些具有抗氧化性质的干预物质,如维生素C和E,噻唑烷二酮类,N-乙酰半胱氨酸,普罗布考,一氧化氮供体或前体,NADPH氧化酶抑制剂,黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂,也都成为心房纤维性颤动的新疗法。在此我们对抗氧化治疗用于预防和治疗房颤进行了回顾。
