在世界各地，人们都会对化学药品、食品甚至蚊虫叮咬产生过敏性反应，并伴随着一系列的临床反应。过敏症状可以从轻微的皮疹发展到危及生命的过敏性反应。在极少数情况下，这种过敏性反应可诱发急性器官疾病—比如，本病例中的急性冠脉综合征。由过敏性反应引起的急性冠脉综合征或ST段抬高型心肌梗死，也即Kounis综合征，其相关描述很少，人们对其认识也不足（1）。在此，我们报告一例因蜂蜇而引发Kounis综合征且有冠状动脉疾病史的患者。
