A pedometer-based physical activity intervention for patients entering a maintenance cardiac rehabilitation program: a pilot study

目的:对参加心脏康复计划的患者使用个性化计步器引导的体力锻炼及常规基于时间的体力锻炼的锻炼效果进行比较。

方法:18名需要接受心脏康复维护的患者入组并完成了本研究。患者随机分配到计步器反馈组[n=10(2位女性),(53.3±8.1)岁]及日常护理组[n=8(2位女性),(59.4±9.9)岁]。使用New Lifestyles NL-1000计步器来监测走动时体力活动情况。两组患者均参与了同一项为期8周的心脏康复维护计划,并鼓励他们在没有进行心脏康复活动时,每天进行至少30~40分钟中等强度的体力锻炼。计步器反馈组患者,在2~8周内给定了个性化的日步行目标(每周在基线增加10%)。通过计步器记载每天中等强度体力锻炼步数及活动时间。在心脏康复维护计划的第一周期间以及第八周期间,对这些数值进行测量。另外比较了患者参加计划及未参加计划时的数据。

结果:在心脏康复第八周,计步器反馈组患者每日步行量增加了42%(2,297±1,606 步/日,P=0.001),其中,参加心脏康复计划时步行量增加36%(2,654±2,089 步/日,P=0.003),未参加时增加45%(1,872±2,026步/日,P=0.017)。在日常护理组中,未观察到步行量变化。

结论:比常规基于时间的体力锻炼比,为心脏康复计划患者提供计步器并为其制定个性化步行目标更能提高患者的活动量。
