摘要: 心外膜脂肪是由心包囊包裹着的局部脂肪组织,特别是围绕在冠状动脉周围的内脏脂肪。心外膜脂肪可合成众多的炎性细胞因子,影响冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。若干无创测量心外膜脂肪量的研究表明心外膜脂肪量的增加与冠脉疾病相关,影响冠脉粥样斑块,主要心血管疾病,心肌缺血与心房颤动的发生发展。可以利用CT,MRI等无创影像学方法定量测量心外膜的脂肪,测量结果可能对心血管风险评估有临床意义。就目前来说,要进一步探明心外膜脂肪作为影像学标记对疾病预后判断的意义,还需要更多的随访研究。
